Underground is set in a real-life space: the metropolitan subway system. A woman by herself in the underground area of the subway will lead a small group of audience members through the uncertainties of present times and through the intuitions of memory.
Underground continues and develops the research of Interior Sites Project, a ‘human’ and theatre adventure started in Melbourne back in 2000, which opened the way for Cuocolo/Bosetti to perform in 26 International Festivals around the world.
