Made in Cloister – Chiostro Santa Caterina a Formiello
Ouverture
with Andrea Cassese – Canzoni dal dolce rumore della vita (Songs from the sweer noise of life)
with Federica Giordano and Franca Mancinelli
Two female poets from the latest generations alternate, both paying attention in eviscerating the primary feelings and giving them a voice of their own. The musical counterpoint will be an architect-songwriter, author of La minoranza.
Verses and songs are one the reverse side of the other.
Licia Maglietta
Per Anna Maria Ortese (For Anna Maria Ortese)
Licia Maglietta is no stranger to confrontations on literature. Just like for Carlo Bernari, she too confronted herself at one point with verse writing. Evidence may found in the two books gathering these verses: Il mio paese è la notte (My country is the night) and La luna che trascorre (The moon that passes by).
The verses are unusual, ‘leaping’ and always able to evoke a “celestial body”. And who better than Licia Maglietta to try and give them voice and body?
