Nous sommes pareils à ces crapauds… explores the theme of marriage through the story of a woman and two men. In front of them, an orchestra: the rhythms of the Greek and Tunisian musicians move between a Rebetiko repertoire and that of Cheik el Afrit.
Next Ali: a short work which aims to communicate something urgent through non-verbal language: it tells the story of a meeting between two individuals, or perhaps between one individual and the image of himself….. Despite being created over a period of five years, the two performances are connected as they address the theme of opposite identities, ambiguity and desire.
