Mozzarella _N_I_G_G_A_ Urban Musical is a musical out of the box and a concert performed playing instruments made out of recycled materials. Maurizio Capone created a workshop to lay the foundation of this project produced by Napoli Teatro Festival Italia some months before the concert. The result will be a powerful and tribal show able to combine music, songs and movement directed by Raffaele di Florio.
Mozzarella Nigga is the nickname of the immigrants that during the 90’s moved to the USA; as Capone says, «I am a Mozzarella Nigga, as such I can be the cultural mediator between the extremes. When music is released from garbage, platitudes are naturally destroyed».
