Gilles Coullet, one of this year’s protagonists for the Festival in the show Wakan – la terra divorata, is presenting two workshops, one for adults and the other for children.
The workshop for children consists of lessons aiming at the development of their creative potential through body-motion and activities set to encourage their imagination.
The adult’s workshop deals with the vital energy of the body, and with the organic principles that cause and regulate motion/movement, breathing, vocal emissions.
Through games, physical contact, relaxing moments and ‘explosions’, each participant will find their own dance and gain confidence; an unexpected desire and ability to feel joy and live.
