Started during the intensive workshop held at the Art Academy in the previous edition of Napoli Teatro Festival Italia, the show La Luna (The Moon) has finally reached its stage form. A new anthropological, sociological and poetic research project conceived and directed by Davide Iodice. At the core of the project we find a consideration on waste, on the symbolic meaning of what is disposed of, left behind on an affective and emotional level: things we wish to throw away, leave behind or free ourselves from, or something we left aside. The context of this expressive research is therefore the Polis, the city or town community, called to be the “playwright” of the creative process.
