Teatro dei Sensi Rosa Pristina returns to the Festival with a new sensory labyrinth which takes the traveller on an exploratory journey through a small village. «Each of us – says the director’s notes – has a strong image of what life is like in a very small village. From houses huddled together around a shared courtyard, one steps into a hazy world in which what is public and private, or what happened inside or in the small narrow streets is blurred. A village immersed in nature creating an idyllic image, but also revealing the narrow-minded, coarse, mysterious side of mankind. There is a certain dark element lurking behind that the visitor can barely perceive. Thus, the blindfolded voyager venturing through the streets of this little village following feint sounds, smells, fleeting glimpses, no longer feels at ease and will have to delve into the imaginary to reconstruct what can only be felt or touched».
