I Cinque sensi dell’attore (“the actor’s five senses”) is the original title of the ‘pedagogical’ play by the Teatro del Lemming. This peculiar method of work focusses its attention on the body and the use of the senses. The five senses of the actor, taken individually and then in a continued synaesthesia among them, become not only a symbol and example of the fulfilled life, but also a path connecting to a greater beyond in theatre and to the creative abilities of the actors themselves. The workshop is for young actors and dancers and features a new productive project by the company dealing with Ovid’s Metamorphosis.
