After taking part at NTFI in 2010 and in 2015 with De Perrot, where he introduced audiences to a world of circus and acrobatics, Zimmermann is back in Naples with a show directed by himself. «The three characters in this show — explains the artist — deal with some very important issues such as authority, submission and freedom, both in childhood and in ‘madness’. For a long time now I’ve been interested in understanding the role of the clown in contemporary theatre: I decided to place the trio in a submissive world of strict regulations, something similar to a museum. The main question is: how will they survive?».
