The project Arrevuoto – Viviani! will stage with Roma and Neapolitan teenagers a performance inspired by the work Zingari by Raffaele Viviani. As every year Arrevuoto will feature youngsters who reinterpret in their everyday language – slang, dialect – the original text by Viviani highlighting the sparks of critical reflection on the present. The strength of Zingari, which related the Roma and the Neapolitans and identified similarities and affinities between these two peoples, will be re-enacted from the strenght of Neapolitan and Roma adolescents of the city of Naples.
The intercultural intertwining of lives, energies and stories is strengthened by the encounter with the young musicians of Roma Orchestra Sulukule Children Arts Atelier. Under the artistic direction of Maurizio Braucci and with the directors of the project Arrevuoto, the debut will flood the square of Pietrarsa station concluding the 2013 edition of the Festival.
