On Wednesday 23 June the Parco Archeologico di Ercolano will offer on social media sites a virtual tour of the Ancient Theatre of Herculaneum. An exciting underground walk, led by the director and staff of the park, a voyage into the Bourbons’ passion for the excavations designed to explore this wonderful but still little-known archaeological site which will enable people to use social media to discover the place where contemporary archaeology began.
