Violence, homeland, and ritual. A family drama. A journey of discovery in the hellish circles of ghosts and ancestral guilts. Sarah and Hannah are two young sisters who find themselves taking care of their sick mother after their dad abandoned them. They’re very different: one is judicious and caring, the other restless and independent. They, however, both live under the pressure of their current situation. Both sisters dream of leaving their small town in the prairies, a jail keeping them prisoners.
