In this biopic-style show about the artist Artemisia Gentileschi, evoked by the painting Saint Catherine of Alexandria, many female characters intertwine as the many faces of Artemisia herself: Catherine of Alexandria, Joan of Arc, Hypatia, Lucretia, Susanna and the Elders, Judith, all played by Laura Curino, in an account told with ironic, frequently biting humour. The characters and works of Artemisia Gentileschi, and other artists who were her contemporaries, talk within the framework of a multimedia narrative with a constantly changing, evocative video-based set design
