CAPODIMONTE – CORTILE DELLA REGGIA (PORTA GRANDE)
2, 3 JULY
ORE 21.00 DURATA 1H+30MIN DEBUTTO

The scene is set in a working-class neighbourhood at night. The roller shutter of a laundrette is half open and a young man steps in: he wants to wash off a blood stain from his shirt. A family of three, father, mother and daughter work in the laundrette. They welcome the man, start the washing machine, feed him and give him a bed. Maybe is it because he looks like their young dead son? Or is it because he is a good match for their daughter? They will also have to protect him from the police officer who comes to the laundrette to enquire about the death of a drug dealer. Violence is just under the surface in this family. It emerges in their gestures, words and gazes.
