Riccardo and Marcello are on the night shift in January in the beginning of the new millennium. They are close to each other yet separated by the sacellum. Motionless in a physical fixedness that diverges from the emotional sphere which follows the rhythm and unpredictability of the thoughts and memories of the two twenty-year-olds.
Two imaginary soldiers who come from reality and recount some painful episodes of this reality, the lacerating traumas and voids that cannot be filled, in a game with a tragically suspended ending. Who will win? And who will lose? And who will really stay alive?
