El viento en un violín is the latest performance by the theatrical company Timbre 4. While La Omisión explores the dynamics of a disoriented family without a guide and Tercer Cuerpo studies five persons seeking love, El viento en un violín analyses the reasons that make people very different from each other stay together as a group, is this by chance or coincidence.
The plot sees two families involved: the first, a couple of homosexuals who desire a child at any cost; the second, a confused adolescent, obsessed by the presence of his overbearing and pushy mother.
Almost with premeditated scorn, Tolcachir explores the total arbitrariness of relationships, the ambiguity of sentiments, the battles and the sides that are taken within a community. Bit by bit the adventure propagates, the persons create their own disordered utopias which are partially incomplete, leaving the audience to add the missing parts.
